The white varieties were picked 1 to 2 weeks earlier than usual, although the aromas generally developed later than normal. The grapes maintained very low pH and good acidity, which allowed us to harvest with good flavor and aromatic balance.

Erratic behavior was observed in the white varieties during budbreak and flowering, although both the veraison and harvest were earlier than normal.
The winter months presented normal precipitation close to 500 mm (19.7 in). Average temperatures fluctuated between 16 and 17 C (61 63 F), and the average low temperatures between 6 and 7 C (43 45 F), with frosts.
Spring precipitation was low and did not register frost.
The summer was normal, with average temperatures of approximately 23 C (73 F). There were no frosts but some precipitation in February, but with no effect on the quality of the grapes.
